By registering for the Maths2Art enrichment programme, you, the parent or legal guardian, agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your child (the “Participant”). These Terms govern your child’s participation and are binding upon signing the registration form.
Fees And Payment
- Fees must be paid two months in advance, covering eight (8) classes.
- Payments must be made prior to the first class.
- Modes of payment: PayNow, Bank Transfer, or Cash. Details will be provided upon registration.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST): Fees are inclusive of GST, if applicable.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full Program Cancellation (All 8 Classes)
- A Full refund is available only if cancelled within 24 hours of registration/payment and before the first class.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the first class or beyond the 24-hour window.
- Single Class Cancellation
- Minimum 24-hour’s written notice (via email to maths2art@gmail.com) is required for cancellation.
- No refund or make-up sessions for same -day cancellations or no–shows.
- Eligible for either:
- One make-up session (based on subject to availability, to be scheduled within the same term),
- OR A Pro-rated refund for that the cancelled class.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
- Payments received after the due date may incur a late fee of $25 per week until cleared.
- Repeated late payments more than 3 instances may result in suspension of Participant’s enrolment lead to class suspension until all dues are cleared paid.
- Suspended Participants shall not attend classes, and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
- Parents must provide a list of authorised individuals (including names and contact details) permitted to collect the Participant via the registration form. This applies to all Participants under 18.
- Maths2Art will verify the identity of pick-up persons by checking identification or contacting the parent, ensuring Participants are released only to authorised individuals.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring timely pick-up at the end of each session. Changes to authorised pick-up persons must be notified in writing (via email to maths2art@gmail.com) at least 24 hours in advance.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late pick-ups beyond this period incur a fee of SGD 25 per 30 minutes. If a Participant has not be picked up, Maths2Art will take the following steps:
- The Participant will be supervised in a safe, designated area by a Maths2Art staff member until collected or handed over to authorities, within 30 minutes after the session ends, Maths2Art will attempt to contact the parent or guardian. If unsuccessful, the emergency contact provided during registration will be contacted.
- If no authorised person can be reached within 60 minutes after the session ends, Maths2Art will notify the Singapore Police Force or other relevant authorities to ensure the Participant’s safety, and the Participant will be handed over to their care.
- Maths2Art maintains active supervision of Participants during sessions and until they are picked up by an authorised person or handed over to authorities. Participants are instructed not to leave the premises without permission. Maths2Art is not liable for incidents involving Participants who leave the premises without authorisation despite reasonable supervision measures, except where caused by Maths2Art’s gross negligence.
- By providing details of authorised pick-up persons and emergency contacts, you consent to Maths2Art collecting and using this data for verification and safety purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
- Parents must provide emergency contact details for use if the authorised pick-up person is unavailable.
- Repeated late pick-up may result in review of class participation.
ACCIDENT AND LIABILITY
- Maths2Art shall take reasonable care to ensure Participant safety during classes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maths2Art and its operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Participant during or in connection with the programme, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants attend at their own risk.
- In case of an injury or accident, Maths2Art will provide first-aid and notify parents immediately. Parents are responsible for any medical costs beyond first-aid.
- You agree to indemnify Maths2Art and its operator against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your child’s actions or omissions during the programme.
- Maths2Art will take reasonable care and liable for injuries or accidents during class.
- First-aid will be provided if needed; parents/guardians will be notified.
CHILD SAFETY & PARENTAL DISCLOSURES
- This section applies to all Participants under 18.
- By registering, you confirm you are the legal guardian of the Participant and have authority to enrol them.
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural needs that may affect the Participant’s safety or participation. This information must be provided via the registration form or in writing to maths2art@gmail.com.
- Maths2Art will implement reasonable safety measures, including trained staff and safe materials, to protect Participants.
- Children must be picked up by a pre-authorised adult.
- Parents must provide names and contacts of authorised adults.
- Maths2Art is not responsible for students after they have left class.
VENUE & CLASS DETAILS
- Venue, dates, times and class details will be confirmed upon registration and updated as needed.
- Class sizes will maintain a maximum 1:1 or 1:2 educator -to -student ratio unless otherwise stated.
- Maths2Art reserves the right to change the venue, schedule, or format (e.g., to online) due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to parents.
- Schedule of dates, times, and venues will be provided and updated as needed.
PUBLICITY CONSENT
- Maths2Art may use – Photos, quotes, or student Participant’s work may be used for educational and/or /promotional purposes unless or until parents opt-out in writing (via email to maths2art@gmail.com).
DATA PROTECTION
- Maths2Art collects and uses personal data, including but not limited to Participant and parent names, contact details, photos, for programme administration, safety, and promotional purposes (if consented). All data is handled in compliance with the PDPA. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy at www.maths2art.com.sg/privacy.
- By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your and your child’s personal data as described above, on behalf of the Participant.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- All students Participant’s must follow classroom rules, and respect educators and peers, and use materials safely.
- Disruptive behaviour may shall result in a warning or suspension or termination of enrolment at Maths2Art’s discretion, without refund. from classes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All programme materials, including worksheets and methods, are the property of Maths2Art and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Maths2Art may display or use Participant artwork for promotional purposes with parental consent. Participants retain ownership of their artwork.
TERMINATION
Maths2Art reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s enrolment for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to non-payment, disruptive behaviour, without refund, at its sole discretion.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its mediation rules. If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its Arbitration Rules for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall preclude any party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE
- Maths2Art is not liable for failure to conduct classes due to events beyond its control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, or venue unavailability. In such cases, Maths2Art may offer make-up sessions or pro-rated refunds at its discretion.

Acknowledgement & Agreement
I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined by Maths2Art. I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, with authority to enrol them, and consent to their participation under these Terms. I understand the policies regarding fees, refunds, class conduct, safety, and other provisions. I have provided accurate medical, behavioural, and pick-up information and agree to notify Maths2Art of any changes and shared personal data of emergency contracts and authorised persons for pick with their consent. I consent to my child’s participation in the program under these terms.
